Wellbeing Service
The Wellbeing Service is for young people aged 8-18 years old who are experiencing low-level (i.e the start of ) mental health difficulties such as anxiety, worry, depression, low-mood or have low self-esteem, low self-confidence and may be self-harming. This service is open to people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
The Wellbeing Service is delivered online via Zoom and starts with a 45 minute one to one assessment of needs with our Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, who will then tailor interventions to suit the needs and age of the Young Person and their parent/carer.
